These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at keygiftzone.com and related services (the “Service”) offered by Aetherix Limited (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Our company is incorporated under the laws of the United Kingdom with registration number 16321978 and operates from 167–169 Great Portland Street, Fifth Floor, London, England W1W 5PF.
We may revise these Terms periodically and will provide notice of significant changes where applicable. Please review them regularly to stay informed. By continuing to use our Service, you confirm your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using our website and services.
By using the Service, you also agree to our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy available on the Platform.
Aetherix Limited operates KeyGiftZone, an e-commerce platform that sells digital activation keys and gift cards (collectively, “Digital Products”) directly to users; we are not a marketplace and act as the merchant of record for all orders. While we work to provide a smooth and reliable Service, we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Your use of the Service must comply with these Terms and applicable law. All software, text, graphics, logos, and other materials on the Service are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Compatibility and region restrictions. Before purchasing, you are responsible for verifying device/platform and regional compatibility, as well as any other usage restrictions. Redemption and use of Digital Products may require you to accept third-party terms (e.g., publisher or platform terms such as Steam, PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo) and to meet their technical and territorial requirements.
Prices and availability of specific titles or keys are subject to change and may depend on third-party providers. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
By accessing or using our Service, you affirm that you have carefully reviewed, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. This agreement applies to all users, including visitors, registered users, and purchasers. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue using the Service.
The Service is available to individuals aged 18 or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). Minors may only use the Service with explicit parental or guardian consent and supervision; the parent/guardian is fully responsible for the minor’s use.
We may conduct KYC/AML, fraud, and sanctions screening where required by law or by our payment partners.
To maintain a safe and lawful environment, you agree not to:
- Violate any local, national, or international laws or regulations, including sanctions/export controls.
- Share or promote content that is harmful, offensive, defamatory, fraudulent, or misleading.
- Infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any person.
- Introduce malware, attempt to bypass security, scrape, or overload the Service; use bots or automated tools to purchase or redeem Digital Products.
- Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or networks related to the Service.
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.
- Exploit or harm minors in any way.
- Bypass geographic/region restrictions (e.g., via VPN/proxy) to purchase or redeem Digital Products.
- Resell, redistribute, or commercialize Digital Products obtained via the Platform, unless expressly permitted in writing.
Restricted Countries. Access to our Service or payment use from the following is strictly prohibited: Afghanistan, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Central African Republic, China, Congo, Guatemala, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Libya, Mali, Myanmar (Burma), Nicaragua, Niger, North Korea, occupied regions of Ukraine (Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk Region), Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Tunisia, Venezuela, Yemen, and Zimbabwe.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
To access advanced features, you may need an Account. By registering, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current information that reflects your identity.
- Use a strong password and keep credentials confidential.
- Notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorized use or security breach.
We may suspend or terminate Accounts that contain false information or breach these Terms. You are responsible for all activity under your Account.
Certain features require payment. By purchasing through our Platform, you agree to:
- Minimum order value: €5 per transaction.
- Pay all fees and applicable taxes shown at checkout; your bank or provider may add conversion or other fees we do not control.
- Ensure your payment method is valid and authorized.
Payments are processed by independent payment processors; their terms (including KYC/AML checks) may apply. If a transaction cannot be completed due to payment errors or fraud concerns, we may cancel the order. We may correct obvious pricing errors and cancel affected orders. Prices may change at any time for future purchases.
Digital Products are delivered electronically to your Account once payment is confirmed. Order confirmation and invoice are sent to your registered email address. Most purchases are processed immediately; however, verification or fraud-prevention checks may delay availability by up to 3 business days.
Once a key or code is revealed in your Account, the product is deemed delivered and, for refund purposes, used. We do not guarantee permanent storage of product information; if your Account is deleted or suspended, access may be lost. Availability of specific titles or keys is not guaranteed and may depend on third-party providers and territorial restrictions.
Refunds are limited and only available as set out below. By purchasing a Digital Product for immediate electronic delivery, you consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you waive the 14-day withdrawal right (EU/UK) once a key/code is revealed.
When refunds may be granted
(a) Defective or unusable product: invalid/already redeemed/expired/not functioning as described;
(b) Material misdescription: product substantially differs from its listing (e.g., wrong region/platform);
(c) Non-delivery: product not received within 7 calendar days after payment;
(d) Unauthorized transaction: confirmed after investigation;
(e) Order cancelled by us: manifest pricing error, technical failure, or suspected abuse/fraud.
When refunds are not available
— Change of mind;
— Wrong region/platform or failure to verify compatibility;
— Key/code activated, revealed, or shared;
— Request submitted after 20 calendar days from purchase;
— Account restricted for breach of these Terms or anti-fraud policies.
How to request
Email reachout@keygiftzone.com within 20 calendar days of purchase, including: (1) Order ID and transaction details; (2) description of the issue with evidence (screenshots/error messages/logs); and (3) confirmation the key/code has not been used or revealed (if relevant). We acknowledge within 5 business days and aim to resolve within 14 business days (complex cases may take longer due to processor checks).
Processing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible (otherwise store credit or alternative, if legally permitted), in the original currency. We are not responsible for bank/provider delays or charges. Chargebacks may trigger temporary Account restrictions. Fraudulent/abusive claims may be refused and may lead to Account termination. For bundles/promotions, partial refunds may apply. Payment errors should be reported within 48 hours.
You may use the Service only as permitted by these Terms. We grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, lawful purposes. All rights in the Service, including software, databases, content, and branding, remain with us or our licensors. You must not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or exploit the Service or Digital Products except as permitted by applicable law.
User Content. User-submitted content (e.g., reviews) must be lawful, accurate, and non-infringing. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use and display it for Service operation and improvement.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” While we strive for reliability, you acknowledge:
- Interruptions or errors may occur.
- We are not liable for third-party disruptions, user errors, or incompatibility with your systems/region.
- We disclaim all implied warranties to the extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or data. Our total liability to you is capped at the greater of: (i) the amount you paid us in the last 12 months for the disputed purchase, or (ii) €100.
You may request closure of your Account by emailing reachout@keygiftzone.com. Upon termination, access to purchased content may be revoked. Fees paid are non-refundable unless required by law or under Section 8. We may suspend or terminate Accounts for security, legal, or policy reasons, including breaches of these Terms.
12. Dispute Resolution
Please contact reachout@keygiftzone.com first; we aim to review and respond within 14 business days. If unresolved, these Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales. If you are an EU resident, you may use the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform where applicable.
